Shipping:

We are now able to ship wine directly to most states in which our shipper is permitted. FedEx will be used for the majority of shipments, though we reserve the right to change carriers at anytime (with no extra charge to the customer). Because of varying weather conditions and weight restrictions, shipping options are limited to 2 Day Air or Express Saver (3 Day Air).

International residents must order by phone at 707-967-9128.

Orders are processed in the order received and as weather permits. Orders being shipped to California residents are charged 8.75% sales tax.

Legal:

Wine may be sold to and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. ID and Signature will be required upon delivery.

Furthermore, all alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines to any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing your order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. The laws regarding direct shipment enable us to ship wine only to reciprocal and legal states. If you live in a state that prohibits direct shipments of wine to private individuals, you will need to provide an acceptable alternate shipping address.
